The name Esquire III stems from three local visionary businessmen who established Williamsburg's first climate control self storage facility in 1986. The strategic location with superior visibility from Route 199 near the intersection of Route 199 and Jamestown Road, provides customers with easy access. In 1999, the owners added the U-Haul franchise. In late 2000, a group lead by local businessmen formed Williamsburg Self-Storage, LLC, to acquire, own and operate "Esquire-III Self-Storage." The focus of high quality service with fair prices continues. The new owners updated the computer systems and started an internet site.
